    At The Nude Case, we believe protection should be simple and so should shipping. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


    1. Order Processing

    • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

    • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.


    2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

    United States

    • Standard Shipping (Free): 5 –12 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Options available at checkout. Delivery typically within 4–10 business days.

    International

    • Standard International Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on destination.

    • Express International Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

    ⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. The Nude Case has no control over these charges.


    3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.

    • If tracking information is unavailable or delayed, please allow additional time before contacting customer support.


    4. Delivery Issues

    • Lost or Stolen Packages: The Nude Case is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly if this occurs.

    • Incorrect Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

    • Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.


    5. Order Changes & Cancellations

    • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

    • Once processing has begun, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.


    6. Split Shipments

    If an order contains multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking information for each package.
