At The Nude Case, we design every product to last. To give you peace of mind, all Nude Case products are covered by a limited warranty. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

• All Nude Case products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Examples of issues covered:

• Structural defects in the case material.

• Manufacturing flaws such as loose fittings or faulty clasps.

• Defective coatings or finishing errors.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, discoloration).

• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or modification of the product.

• Damage caused by improper installation or use with non-compatible devices.

• Loss, theft, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

• Purchases made from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces not approved by The Nude Case.

⚠️ While our cases are engineered to provide high protection, no case can guarantee complete prevention of damage to your device. We are not liable for any damage to the device itself.

3. Duration of Coverage

• The warranty lasts 1 year from the original purchase date.

• Replacements do not extend or renew the original warranty period.

4. Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product,

• Replace it with the same or a comparable product, or

• Refund the original purchase price.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
